Dr. Sean Grasso is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Excelsior Veterinary Associates of America, bringing extensive experience as both a practicing veterinarian and accomplished veterinary business leader. Throughout his career, he has successfully led, developed, and grown multiple veterinary hospitals and organizations while remaining deeply committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Unlike many healthcare executives, Dr. Grasso continues to practice veterinary medicine, ensuring he remains connected to the realities and evolving needs of today’s veterinary professionals. Halie Longobardi brings a unique, hands-on perspective to veterinary operations, having built her career through nearly every role within a veterinary hospital. She began as a receptionist and advanced through positions as a veterinary assistant, veterinary nurse, and ultimately hospital manager, where she successfully led a highly efficient, high-performing veterinary practice.

Her experience at every level of hospital operations provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day challenges veterinary teams face. From client service and patient care to team leadership, workflow optimization, and operational management, Halie has developed the practical expertise necessary to help practices operate more efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of care.

As Associate Director of Operations, Halie partners closely with our affiliated hospitals to improve operational performance, strengthen team development, and implement systems that support sustainable growth. Her collaborative leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable resource for practice owners and hospital teams alike.
