Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Sean Grasso is a practicing veterinarian, entrepreneur, and owner of Milford Animal Hospital. Having built and led multiple veterinary organizations while continuing to practice medicine, he understands firsthand the challenges facing today's independent practice owners.
His vision is simple: to create the nation's most trusted and respected veterinary partnership organization—one that protects independence, supports excellence, and advances veterinary medicine through collaboration.
Associate Director of Operations
Halie has served in nearly every role within a veterinary hospital, from receptionist to assistant, technician, and hospital manager.
Her firsthand experience gives her a deep understanding of the people, challenges, and opportunities that define successful veterinary hospitals.
We aspire to become one of the largest veterinary partnership organizations in the United States. But size is not our purpose.
